Banana Loaf Stuffed Cookie

Our well loved NYC cookie with chunks of milk and dark chocolate, a hint of cinnamon and stuffed with a brown butter banana loaf cake centre.

INGREDIENTS

Butter (Cows' MILK),sugar cane, cane molasses, white cane Sugar (100%), British EGGS, sugar, water, vanilla extract (water, ethanol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives), vanilla bean seeds, thickener (tragacanth), fortified British WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), raising agents: calcium phosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, (E 450 (Diphosphates), E 500, starch, sugar, MILK, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed MILK powder, whey permeate powder (from MILK), vegetable fats (palm, shea), MILK fat, SOYA lecithins, Salt, Banana, Cinnamon.

Baked in a home bakery and not suitable for anyone with food allergies or intolerances. May contain traces of NUTS.
