Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to order from us. Every item is handmade in small batches with care, and we want your order to arrive with you as fresh and delicious as possible.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within the UK only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Our Delivery Drops

To ensure every order is made fresh, we only offer postal delivery on two selected Thursdays each month.

Our delivery dates will be announced in advance alongside each menu release. Orders are available to pre-order before each drop, allowing us to carefully plan production and prepare everything fresh.

Your bakes will be made fresh in our bakery on the day before dispatch and carefully packaged ready for their journey to you.

Dispatch Times

All postal orders are dispatched on the Wednesday before your selected Thursday delivery drop.

We bake fresh for each delivery window, so orders are not prepared or dispatched immediately after purchase. Please check the available delivery dates at checkout and select a suitable drop date when placing your order.

As everything is handmade in small batches, we are unable to offer alternative dispatch dates outside of our scheduled delivery drops.

Delivery Service

All postal orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, however this is an aim rather than a guaranteed delivery service. Your parcel should arrive on the Friday following dispatch, but occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including Royal Mail delays, adverse weather, strikes or high seasonal demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by Royal Mail.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete addresses being provided by the customer.

If you notice an error with your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot always be made once your order has been prepared or dispatched.

Packaging

All orders are packaged carefully to help protect your bakes during transit. We use suitable packaging designed to keep your items secure and as fresh as possible during delivery.

Please note that once your parcel has left our bakery, it is handled by Royal Mail and some movement during transit may occur.

Fresh Products & Storage

Our bakes are handmade and best enjoyed fresh. We carefully select products that travel well and package them with freshness in mind.

Please follow any storage instructions included with your order. We recommend checking your parcel as soon as it arrives and storing your items appropriately.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please remember that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service, and delays can occasionally occur. We will work with Royal Mail where necessary to help resolve any issues.

Damaged Parcels

We take great care when preparing and packaging your order. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the items inside so we can look into this for you.
