At The Bakehouse Derby, we take allergies and dietary requirements seriously. As a small home bakery, we carefully prepare every order by hand and always aim to provide clear and accurate allergen information.

Allergens & Ingredients

All of our bakes are made in a kitchen where allergens are handled regularly. Our products may contain or come into contact with:

• Cereals containing gluten (including wheat)

• Eggs

• Milk

• Soya

• Nuts

• Peanuts

Some recipes may also contain other allergens depending on the ingredients used. Full allergen information for each product will be provided on the product page and/or at the time of ordering.

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to discuss the ingredients used in our bakes.

Cross Contamination

Although we take great care when preparing, baking and packaging our products, we operate from a small home bakery environment where ingredients containing allergens are present.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or suitable for people with severe allergies.

Dietary Requirements

We offer a selection of products that may be suitable for certain dietary requirements, including vegetarian options and occasional dairy-free or gluten-free products.

Please note that a product being free from a specific ingredient does not always mean it is suitable for those with allergies due to the possibility of cross contamination.

Our menus change regularly and we work with different suppliers and seasonal ingredients. Allergen information may therefore change from one menu release to another.
