An autumn favourite and our biggest selling cookie flavour. A thick, NYC-style vanilla & cinnamon cookie packed with white chocolate chunks, topped with German custard buttercream, fresh cinnamon stewed apples and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Butter (Cows' MILK),sugar cane, cane molasses, white cane Sugar (100%), British EGGS, sugar, water, vanilla extract (water, ethanol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives), vanilla bean seeds, thickener (tragacanth), fortified British WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), raising agents: calcium phosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, (E 450 (Diphosphates), E 500, starch, sugar, MILK, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed MILK powder, whey permeate powder (from MILK), vegetable fats (palm, shea), MILK fat, SOYA lecithins, Partially Inverted Refiners Syrup, Salted Butter (20%) (Cows' Milk), Sweetened Condensed Skimmed Milk (Cows' Milk) (Skimmed Cows' Milk, Sugar, Lactose (Cows' Milk)), Double Cream (15%) (Cows' Milk), Sea Salt, Granny Smith & Bramley Apples.
